This is another green algae in the same class as the desmids. Thay are quite large! You can hold one in your hand and see it! Albiet, it is about the size of a pin head.
 This is a colonial alga in that it is a colony of many many cells working together. But, it is not quite yet multicellualr. It is on the bridge between unicellular to multicellular. |
